Some of the streets isn't allowed to have bin bags nor Bins out on the path cause it's a public footpath which most of us didn't know we're not suppose to do that in my area.

Please allow us to have say a few of those big wide bins parked somewhere say in a Shop in Scarborough North Yorkshire of the United Kingdom.

Reason why I'm passing this on cause some don't bother to come and collect bin bags when their suppose to no matter what.
