Subject Bank of America. There way of making money,by adding on interest and charges ,turn our home $208,000 to $260,000 in less than two years.there plan to foreclose and receive $58,000 home equity can turn to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and the private sector to refinance,and price our home out of our reach.Who's letting this happen? When will someone change this practice ?We signed agreement papers to work out our mortgage loan and two days later we were served foreclose papers,along with added junk mail from all over the country that say they they will help .We will hire a lawyer we know and trust.These banks know how to lie and get away with it.Hope we can turn this scam around sad but it will be our cost.
