What about the poor?

Everyone worries about investors, the middle class, and all those who have, but currently have a little less. No one speaks of resolving poverty. Remember LBJ and War on Poverty. How's that going? We poor, who have been and always will be poor, know better than to ask for financial aid. So what would we ask for? A sense of justice, for once. The crimes of the current administration must be addressed. No future government will regain trust, if prosecution for constitutional violations is not followed to the fullest extent of the law. We can live without money. We will not be able to live in peace with the knowledge that all poor offenders taste the whip of legal vengeance, while the most powerful criminals walk away smiling, pockets bulging. Do this one thing for us. Do not let these people Nixonize the country for another thirty years.
